I think you mean Tong le Chan...I'm pretty sure that an E model crew ended 
up ground looping to keep out of the mine field at the end of the "runway" 
and I think their load was ammo tho I think that it was later '69 or early 
'70. I'm pretty sure that the LM was from Tn and Sam McGowan knows him. I 
know the AC was a first term new AC and I seem to remember that the crew was 
very happy with his quick reaction and  to be able to walk away from it...
